Life Coaching with Brendan has helped me decide what I want to do with my life. My first Life Coaching session was in September 2020 and we have met three times per month since that time and I have made such progress in my life dreams. I have kept a journal that I write in every time we have a telephone session. I can look back and see where Life Coaching has helped me with the following: Making decisions based on my needs, making decisions without emotions, letting go of guilt, a zest for life, and I learned to say to myself “Is this the best for me because I deserve the absolute best in everything I do”. And the most helpful thing I have learned is to how to stay focused on my goals.
