MEDIATION
As a qualified mediator, Brendan is available to mediate any form of dispute or facilitate discussion on any issue that requires negotiation and resolution. Please note however that he is not an FDR Practitioner that is able to issue a Certificate under section 60I of the Family Law Act if that is required for Court purposes where parenting disputes are involved.
